Challenge Stop Dwelling On Your Problems - Work It Daily Todayâs Work It Daily Challenge is to stop dwelling on your problems. Unfortunately, itâs very easy to focus on whatâs going wrong in your life. Negativity has an awful power to completely consume you, making you feel sad, depressed, and, at times, totally worthless. All of this negativity builds up and can send you into a terrible downward spiral. And thatâs no fun. Today, your challenge is to stop dwelling on your problems and start focusing on the positive things happening in your life. You'll be surprised at just how much is going right in your life - even if you're working through the toughest of times. There's always something to be thankful for or happy about. You just need to take a little time to think about it. For example, letâs say you just lost your job. Instead of dwelling on the fact that youâre unemployed, focus on what you still have in your life. Do you have a loving, supportive family? Are you healthy as a horse? Do you have a hobby that you really enjoy? Focus on the positives today. Whenever you find yourself feeling down, think about something youâre grateful to have in your life. Honestly, it could be as simple as acknowledging that it's a sunny, beautiful day. A little positivity can go a long way. Not only can it change your perspective, but it can boost your mood. If you're struggling to come up with something good that's happening in your life, ask yourself the following questions: What am I thankful for today? What made me happy today? What makes me smile?
